Jess has an extensive background in Health and Fitness – including Administration in Community Health, Personal Training and Remedial Massage Therapy. 

And there is not much Jess doesn’t do at the clinic. From her friendly welcome at reception, to assisting us with all details in practice management to offering remedial massage, she truly is a star at Bendigo Osteo. 

She gives an amazing massage. Her treatments include remedial, deep tissue, relaxation and she also offers cupping and hot stones. Jess is committed to providing her clients with a tailored remedial massage treatment, whether that be for a whole body massage or to treat a specific area of concern. 

Outside of Bendigo Osteo, Jess enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors, being active and reading. 

Jess is available for massage on Wednesday’s for after hours appointments, Friday’s during the day and some Saturday’s.

Jess is a member of the Association for Massage Therapists (AMT) and is registered for private health rebates for most health funds.
